Classic cappuccino
Hot drinks perfectly warm us up during the cold season or on a cool summer evening. This popular national Italian drink will win the hearts of even the most capricious gourmets with its excellent aroma and exquisite delicate taste.
Ingredients:
- Ground coffee (Arabica or Robusta) – 2 tsp.
- Sugar
- Milk chocolate
- Milk – 50 ml.
- Water – 1 tbsp.

Preparation.
First of all, we brew coffee. Everyone has their own preference in this matter. We offer one of the options.
Boil water in a kettle or somewhere else. Pour coffee into the Turk.

Pour boiling water into the Turk up to the neck. We put our “coffee maker” on a small fire and wait until a good foam gradually begins to rise. As soon as this happens, carefully remove the Turk from the stove. Stir the coffee drink and put it on the fire for a couple of minutes. Bring the coffee to a boil at least three times.
Pour the coffee through a sieve into a cup. You can pour the coffee twice so that you end up with less grounds in the cup. Add sugar to coffee and stir.

Next we will make milk foam. For this we need a French press. Pour milk into it.

Close the lid and press the milk until it turns into foam. It is best to take milk with high fat content.

Spread milk foam on the surface of the coffee.

Three milk chocolates on a fine grater and sprinkle on the foam. If you can tolerate cinnamon normally, then replace the chocolate bar with ground cinnamon.
