Chicken chops recipe
I offer a fairly simple recipe for chicken chops that even novice housewives can do. The chops turn out juicy and very tasty!
Required Products:
1. Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
2. Chicken egg – 1 pc.
3. Mayonnaise – 50 g.
4. Vegetable oil.
5. Breadcrumbs.
6. Salt, pepper.
Step-by-step preparation:
1. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into not very thick slices.

2. Gently beat them with a hammer so that they don’t fall apart.
3. Beat the egg in a bowl, adding a small amount of salt. Then add mayonnaise and beat well again.

4. Pepper and salt each piece to taste, let soak for 10 minutes.

5. Dip the chops first into the prepared batter and then into the breading.

6. Fry them in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil until a crispy golden brown crust forms.

7. Cool slightly.
