If this is not enough, then you should sleep for nine hours, but not eight. Don't rush to call this prejudice. This rule is based on research by scientists studying sleep phases. One cycle, including REM and deep sleep, lasts exactly one and a half hours. That is why awakening between such cycles is the most gentle.

You shouldn’t lie in bed for a long time after waking up, but you shouldn’t jump up and rush to the coffee maker either.It is best to wake up and slowly stretch under the covers, carefully sit on the bed and only then go to an open window or to the veranda.     Positive advice! I agree that after waking up, you don’t need to jump out of bed, but it’s better to immediately do several exercises right in bed. And I always have a glass of water prepared in the evening, I get up, drink it so that my body fully wakes up, and after a while I can have coffee or tea.
