Goldfish
To prepare golden fried fish you need:
- two to three fish (pollock or hake);
- 50 grams of wheat flour;
- two to three pinches of salt;
- 30 grams of sunflower oil.

Cooking steps:
1. First you need to clean and wash the fish thoroughly. Then it needs to be cut into small pieces, two to three centimeters. To prevent the fish from falling apart when frying, you need to buy it lightly frozen or live, since frozen fish falls apart after defrosting.

2. Rub the chopped fish pieces on all sides with salt.
3. Pour flour into a deep bowl and roll each piece of fish in it.

4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Pour sunflower oil into it and lay out pieces of fish. Fry on each side for two to three minutes until a golden crust forms.
The fish turns out soft and tasty in the fall.
