Envelope for a postcard or letter
It is more pleasant to send and receive a letter if it is enclosed in a beautiful homemade envelope. It is also not a shame to give money or a postcard in such an envelope. The envelope is made quickly and not at all difficult, now I will show you everything.
To make a letter envelope you must have the following with you:
• A large sheet of A5 paper for a large envelope or A4 for a small one.
• Pencil.
• Ruler.
• Scissors.
• Glue.

First we need to make a heart-shaped pattern. Fold a sheet of paper in half, draw half a heart from the fold and cut it out. Unfolding it, we get a heart with equal sides. We place the pattern on the paper that you have chosen for the envelope and trace it with a pencil.

Along the contour we cut out a heart from which we will make an envelope.

Now we draw the folds for the envelope on the heart. We measure 20 cm from the highest point of the heart and make a strip there, then draw the sides and a strip 10 cm below the highest point.

We begin to bend the envelope along the drawn lines. Using a ruler, the folds are straight and in the right place. First we bend the sides.

Now we bend the top of the heart.

The bottom of the heart will become the top corner of the envelope; we fold it last.

Glue the sides of the envelope with glue. To make the envelope beautiful, we draw whatever you want on it. You can imitate the sewn corners of the envelope or paint it with flowers as you wish. I drew simple zigzags.

The result was an original envelope. You can use it to send letters with a corresponding stamp, give money for a birthday, or send postcards to friends. You can make a large envelope, a small one, or a narrow one, depending on what you put in it.
