Paper flowers

Present present it is always very pleasant for family and friends. Especially memorable are those gifts that leave behind a long memory and pleasant memories. For example, you are planning to go to a birthday, anniversary, or just to meet an old friend and you need to give flowers. Fresh flowers are, of course, beautiful, but they don’t last long. A couple of days and no flowers. It would seem that there was a gift, but there weren’t much memories or memories left. Therefore, in such cases, it will be very useful to learn how to make handmade flowers. They look very beautiful, as if they were alive, and remain for long and pleasant memories. They are not compared to artificial flowers, because they are made by hand, and are considered a rather valuable gift in our time. For example, the same small bouquet can be made even from colored paper using the technique origami. The cost is inexpensive, and the result is colorful and memorable.

It is this master class that will help us make a bouquet using the origami technique. To do this we need to take the following:

Colored paper in red, orange, yellow, blue and purple;
Toothpicks;
Scissors;
PVA glue;
Ruler;
Green tape;
Vase for a bouquet.

First we need to cut out squares from colored paper, from which we will then make flower petals. Each flower will consist of five petals. In total, we will also have five flowers in the bouquet, so we will also have five squares of each color of paper. So, cut out five squares from each paper measuring 7x7 cm.

All the paper will be one-sided, so the petals will look like they have stamens inside. There will be white veins in the center, because the back side of the paper is white. We begin to make the first group of red petals. Turn the square over with the white side facing up.

Fold it in half diagonally to form a double triangle.

Now we fold the left side of the triangle towards the center first, and then the right. In appearance we get something like a folded small rhombus.

Now we unfold the folded sides exactly in half, we get sharp triangles on both sides. We turn the protruding sides of each triangle upward so that they are level with the sides of the rhombus.

Fold each side in half. Take a brush and apply PVA glue to both triangles.

We fold them together into a petal, it turns out exactly in half, we press it for literally ten seconds and straighten the petal like this. The middle turns out to be white veins.

We do this for a total of 25 petals from five flowers. Take toothpicks and let's form flowers.

We coat the side of one petal with glue, lean it against the other, press it lightly and straighten it. So petal by petal, we form a flower of five petals.To make the bouquet especially bright, we combine the colors of the petals: red and orange, blue and purple, yellow and blue, yellow and purple.
