Hearty and simple recipe for “Meat” salad
Most men's favorite food is meat. Therefore, you should try this salad only once, and it will become a desirable dish on the everyday menu. This salad is also perfect for a holiday table. Despite the ease of preparation, this salad always turns out very tasty and, most importantly, satisfying. Instead of beef, you can use pork, chicken fillet or beef tongue.
Ingredients:
- beef meat (pulp) – three hundred and fifty grams;
- fresh champignon mushrooms (can be replaced with pickled and frozen ones) – two hundred and fifty grams;
- two large carrots;
- pickles – four pieces;
- vegetable or olive oil (for frying).
Place the well-washed beef in a saucepan and pour in cold water. Cook it until fully cooked for about two hours. There is no need to salt the water. Since there will be cucumbers in the salad.
Finely chop the mushrooms with a knife.
Grate the carrots using a grater.
Fry the champignons in a frying pan with butter for about five minutes. Next, add carrots to the mushrooms. Fry for about ten minutes more.
Finely chop the boiled meat and pickled cucumbers.
Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Salad ready.
Before serving, you can season with mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream.
