Yin-Yang Salad
At first glance, it may seem that preparing this salad is very difficult, but in fact it will take about 20 minutes.
So, to prepare the Yin-Yang salad you will need 500 grams of peeled squid, 150 grams of hard cheese, 2 fresh tomatoes, 3 chicken eggs, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a bunch of parsley and 100 grams of red and black caviar. Now in supermarkets there is an excellent analogue of natural caviar, its protein counterpart. Therefore, you can safely use it.
Boil the squid in boiling salted water for 3 minutes and cut into strips, grate the eggs and cheese on a coarse grater, cut the tomatoes into strips, chop the herbs.
Mix squid with herbs and mayonnaise.
Place chopped tomatoes on top of the squid layer. Immediately after cutting the tomatoes, you need to let them drain by throwing them in a colander. This way the salad won't be too watery.
The next layer is grated hard cheese...
...and eggs.
Decorate the top of the salad with red and black caviar, placing it in the shape of a yin-yang sign.
