Bananas in batter

Cut into slices lengthwise or crosswise, as you like.

Let's make the batter. To do this (for 2-4 bananas), take 1 egg, 1.5 tablespoons of flour and 1.5 tablespoons of sugar (preferably powdered sugar).

Whisk all ingredients and stir until completely dissolved.

Take a frying pan. Pour in sunflower oil and heat up.

Dip our banana slices in batter and place in a heated frying pan. Fry on both sides.

Place on a plate.

PS: You can sprinkle the top of the bananas with powdered sugar. You can eat them with condensed milk.
