Quick potatoes in the microwave

Despite the fact that potatoes are a product that tends to take a long time to boil and fry, we learned how to cook it in a matter of minutes. All this is thanks to the fact that modern technology can do a lot! A regular microwave oven will cook crumbly, tender potatoes in just 15 minutes. Moreover, the potatoes will be kept in a regular plastic bag during cooking. Miracles, and that’s all! You don't want to lose such a simple recipe!

- - 1 kilogram of potatoes.
- - 60 grams of butter.
- - 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
- - a pinch of ground pepper.
- - 10 grams of any spices.
Sequence of cooking potatoes in the microwave
1. Potato tubers should be peeled and washed. If the potatoes are too large, then they need to be cut into smaller pieces. The important thing is that all the potato pieces are approximately equal. New potatoes are great.The finished dish will then be even tastier and more aromatic.
2. Pour salt, spices and pepper into a container with prepared potatoes. Mix everything well. It is worth paying attention to the fact that many spices already contain salt, so you need to be careful not to over-salt the potatoes.
3. Take a strong plastic bag. Place potatoes in it. You can even prepare two bags to avoid the risk of puncture.
4. On top, cut the butter into medium pieces. Tie the bag in a knot. Shake the package with all contents. Microwave the bag of potatoes for 15 minutes.
5. Fragrant soft potatoes can be served. Pour the oil from the bag over the top of the potatoes, this will make them even juicier.
