Super quick breakfast in the microwave in 2 minutes
This is just a cosmically quick breakfast, and it’s also delicious, healthy and natural. A minimum of products, a maximum cooking time including heat treatment of no more than 5 minutes.
You are still thinking about making a sandwich faster, but you haven’t tried making this dish yet. The hot appetizer will be ready in no time. With its aroma, it will finally awaken the sleepyhead in you and improve your mood.
Will need
- One tomato.
- One egg.
- A piece of cheese.
- Greenery.
- Salt and/or any seasoning to taste.
Making a super quick and healthy breakfast
Cut off the top of the tomato.
Using the same knife or a spoon, remove the core and pulp.
Break the egg into the resulting cavity. Moreover, it is not so important whether the yolk is mixed with the white or not.
Salt on top and add your favorite seasonings if desired.
Place grated cheese on top of it all. But here you don’t have to grate, you can just put a piece of cheese and it will spread on its own.
Place in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power.
