How to remove a tree stump cheaply and effectively

This is the most affordable way to quickly and cheaply remove a stump from your property. There is no need to wait for six months until the stump rots on its own. It will take no more than a day to remove.
Burning is the most optimal and fastest method that does not require the use of heavy equipment.

Removing the stump with your own hands

We cut off the top of the stump with a chainsaw, thereby leveling the surface.

Cut into four parts with the same chainsaw.

Pour kerosene into the cracks, about 100 milliliters. It has a longer combustion time compared to gasoline. If you don’t have kerosene, you can try mixing gasoline with mineral oil in a 1 to 1 ratio; this mixture will burn much longer. Also perfect for charcoal lighter fluid for barbecues.

And we set it on fire.

Soon the combustion will go down.

If the stump is dry, then these actions should be enough, but if not, you will have to build a fire on top. To do this, put dry brushwood on top.

All burning coals will fall to the very bottom of the stump.

Soon he will completely smolder inside.

In the morning everything burned down. But, unfortunately, not completely.

It doesn’t matter, we continue to burn out. We make a fire on top.


And after a couple of hours everything burned as it should.

To restore the soil, fill the resulting depression with fertile fertilizer or manure.
