8 really useful tips with which you can simplify and make your daily life easier for yourself or your loved ones. Most of the ideas and life hacks will be useful to the home handyman.
The iron wire will no longer unwind
To ensure that the iron wire no longer unwinds and is always in its place, even during transportation, take a piece of Velcro from your sewing supplies.
Using hot glue, glue one piece to the fork of the iron and the other to its body.
Now the wire will never unwind spontaneously.
Use a stapler instead of a stripper
Don't have a wire stripper? No problem. Take a regular stapler, remove all the staples from it and use it as a stripper.
Just like one or two.
Pencil and tape measure
To quickly and accurately place a large number of marks, glue the pencil to the tape measure with hot glue.
It has become more convenient and faster to use. With large volumes, the time spent on all measurements is much less.
So that the key does not damage the fitting
To avoid scratching or ruining the appearance of the nuts on the fittings, take a piece of silicone hose. Cut two pieces of 3-5 centimeters each.
Place them on the jaws of the universal wrench and use them.
Once the repair is complete, simply remove the covers and put them on the handles. This way they won’t get lost and will always be at your fingertips.
Fold the carrier correctly
Many people don't know this, but to prevent the carrier from coming undone, wrap the wire around it and plug the plug into one of the outlets.
This way the wire will not unwind even when you carry it.
The screw won't come off
If the screwdriver is not magnetic, but you need to screw a screw or self-tapping screw into a distant hole, then ordinary tape will come to your aid. Unwind a piece and pierce it with a self-tapping screw.
Glue it to the screwdriver.
And wrap it in any hard-to-reach places.
A twist that won't break
If you make a regular twist of wires, then as soon as you pull it, it will immediately break at the place where the twist itself is made. To prevent this from happening, you need to connect the wires differently.
We expose the ends. We divide them into equal parts.
We twist these segments each with the opposite
And now we wind each twist onto the body of the wire itself in different directions from the middle.
Such a connection cannot simply be broken.
Wire twister
If you often make twists, then this device will significantly speed up the process. Take a bolt with a large washer and nut.
Drill 4 holes in the washer with a cross.
Next, put it on the bolt and secure it with a nut. Install into a screwdriver. Now insert the ends of the wires and screw them in the desired direction with a screwdriver.
At least 4 wires together at a time.
