How to make a powerful desalinizer from a refrigerator compressor

When repairing boards, it becomes necessary to desolder components. This requires removing melted solder on each individual leg. The fastest and most convenient way to do this is with a tin pump. Such a device can be assembled on the basis of a compressor from a refrigerator and a solenoid valve for gas equipment.

Materials:

The process of making a desalinizer from a refrigerator compressor

It is necessary to attach a mounting plate to the compressor housing from the refrigerator. You will need to attach a solenoid valve and a junction box to it. To do this, mounting holes are pre-drilled.

The plate is welded to the compressor. It is important not to burn through its housing by welding.

Furniture supports with soft rubber bands are placed on the compressor.

Next, the solenoid valve is installed on the clamp and the junction box is screwed on.

You need to put wires from the compressor and solenoid valve into the box. Then a 12V power supply is placed in it.

Its connection to the valve is made through a relay.

You also need to lay a long wire to move the pressure button to the desalination pump itself. A switch is embedded into the lid of the box to start the compressor from the mains. After placing the wires it closes.

Next you need to solder the valve outlet tube to the compressor air intake. A hose is installed on the valve, which will be connected to the desalination pump.

The desalination pump is made on the basis of the cheapest purchased one. All you need from it is a body with a spout. Next, you need to select a syringe into which you can tightly insert the desalination pump. A paper napkin is placed in the syringe. It will serve as a filter for the tin assembly.

The desalination pump body is inserted into a syringe with a filter. A button is attached to it, and a tube is installed on the spout. The latter is connected to the wire so that they do not dangle.

To use the device, you need to start the compressor using the switch on the junction box. Then the nose of the device is brought to the molten solder and the button on the handle is pressed. After use, you can remove the body from the syringe and change the napkin.
