How to make the roots of tomato seedlings grow after picking
Immediately after picking, in order for the tomato seedlings to strengthen well, you need to stimulate its root system. If you use conventional fertilizers, the plants will begin to actively gain green mass, which will cause the roots to lag. By treating them with this product, you can make them grow first.
What you will need:
- water – 1 l;
- succinic acid – 2 tablets.
The process of preparing the stimulant and its use
To prepare the product, you need to dissolve 2 tablets of succinic acid in 1 liter of water. Treatment with a stimulant is performed on the 5th day after picking. You just need to water the seedlings on damp soil at the roots with this product.
After 7-10 days another treatment is done. In this case, by the time the seedlings are transplanted into open ground, they will have a large, strong root, due to which they will take root in the new place without any problems.
