An almost free way to get rid of weeds in the seams of paving slabs without chemicals

Dust accumulates in the seams of paving slabs, from which weeds then grow. They not only spoil the appearance of the paths, but also destroy them. Plant roots undermine the tiles, sometimes even causing them to crack. To avoid this, weeds must be controlled in a timely manner.

What you will need:

• Salt;

Weed control process

The easiest way to control weeds is to spray them, which causes them to dry out and die. This can be done with a regular concentrated saline solution, which is effective and cheaper than using herbicides. You need to dilute the salt in a separate container with water. The latter is added in such a volume that it can no longer dissolve and falls to the bottom as sediment.

The saline solution is poured into a spray bottle.

It is necessary to pour clean liquid without sediment. The weeds on the tile are then sprayed with the solution.Treatment is carried out in dry weather, so that there is no rain for at least 3 hours after spraying.

The leaves of the weeds will immediately begin to wither from the salt, and on the second day they will completely wither.

Literally within a day, unwanted plants disintegrate into dry dust. This treatment is safe for flowers, trees and shrubs on the side. In the future, although the salt will be washed out by rain into the flower beds, it will dissolve in such a volume of water that such a low concentration will not harm the cultivated vegetation. So the method is not only cheaper than using herbicides, but also safer.
