How to make an air conditioner from car components
The simplest factory-made household air conditioner costs several thousand rubles in a store. But this split system can be successfully replaced with a cooling device assembled from old components of a passenger car cooling system. Moreover, this does not require any special theoretical knowledge or professional skills. Therefore, any adult can cope with such work.

- fittings;
- tube of hot glue;
- wide head screws and self-tapping screws;
- wooden beam.
Tools: electric drill, stripper, hand screwdriver, wrenches, etc.
The manufacturing process of a household water conditioner
Using hot glue, secure the adapter in the lower hole of the radiator. We screw the fitting into the adapter and secure it with hot glue for reliability.
We screw a fitting into the cold water supply hose from the water supply system and check the water flow and temperature.
We securely fasten the PVC hoses to the fittings using plastic clamps.
We assemble a simple radiator stand from wooden blocks using self-tapping screws and secure it to a wooden stand using several self-tapping screws.
We connect the fan to the speed controller and check that the terminals are connected correctly. If the fan rotates in the opposite direction, then it is enough to swap the electrical wires.
We secure the fan to the radiator using elongated screws with wide heads and nuts, after carefully making holes in the honeycombs with a hand screwdriver, without damaging the radiator tubes. We also fix the contact pad of the speed controller on the radiator, having previously isolated it from the metal.
We fix the fan speed control switch and the electrical power plug using hot-melt adhesive in places convenient for servicing.
We check the operation and modes of the fan speed and leave it on, securely fasten the hoses to the radiator using plastic clamps, supply cold water from the plumbing system, and our homemade air conditioner made from waste materials begins to quickly and effectively cool the living space in hot weather.
