The manufacturing process of the device and its use

The device is made in an elementary way. It is necessary to remove the secondary winding from the transformer from the microwave oven. Instead, one and a half turns of thick copper cable are wound. The thicker and shorter it is, the better it will be. But a very short wire is also bad, as it will not allow you to work in hard-to-reach places.

Copper electrodes are installed at the ends of the cable. They can be made from a tube or cut from a plate. It is important to make their edges pointed for convenient point pressing.

To use the device, you must connect the transformer to a 220 V network.The electrodes of the device are pressed against the bolt or nut that needs to be heated. As a result, the current passing between them will heat the mount red-hot in a matter of seconds.

Then you need to spray the connection with liquid penetrating lubricant and unscrew it without any problems.
