Not just a fan. DIY mini air conditioner
In summer it can be so hot that in such conditions it is impossible not only to work, but even to think. Especially for such cases, it is worth making a small portable air conditioner. They can cool the air in a room or car, powered by a 12 V unit or cigarette lighter. Although the mini air conditioner is not very powerful, if you direct the air flow towards yourself, you no longer feel the heat.

Air conditioner manufacturing process
We take a processor cooler with a radiator, cut off its plug, and find two power wires. We remove the third wire.
We cut out a disk from sheet plastic, approximately equal to the diameter of the fan diffuser. We cut a window in its center to install the Peltier element.
Firmly inserts the Peltier element into the disc. After that, apply thermal paste to its hot side (on which there is no marking).Next we apply an aluminum plate. We also apply thermal paste to it, and then screw the disk to the radiator with a fan.
Thermal paste is also applied to the cold side of the Peltier element. Then an aluminum radiator is installed on it and screwed to the disk with screws.
A mount for the 12 V power connector is made from a piece of plastic. After this, you need to combine the wires of the fan and the Peltier element in pairs and solder them to the connector. The socket itself with the stand is glued to the side.
Next, we take a piece of plastic pipe and make a diffuser out of it. One of its edges is cut straight, and the other at an angle. From the straight end you need to make a perforation around the circumference for air intake. The diffuser is glued to a plastic base on top of the radiator.
Now we take a regular computer cooler, cut off its fasteners, and place it in the diffuser. Turn the fan so that the air is blown out. The cooler wires are routed to the connector.
Next, glue a mini tripod to the diffuser.
Now, when you connect a 12 V power supply, the Peltier element will cool the air. In about 15 minutes it will reach maximum power. An air conditioner made according to this principle, as a result, at a room temperature of +35 degrees Celsius, produces cooled air up to +22 degrees Celsius.
