Dried Pork Tenderloin
Delicious meat and sausage can be made at home. There is nothing complicated about it, the main thing is to know a good recipe. Today I will tell you how to turn a piece of pork tenderloin into shredded meat.
We will need:
- 500 g pork tenderloin;
- 100 g salt;
- 30 g spices for meat.
Step by step recipe:
1. Rinse the meat under running water and dry it on a paper towel.
2. Place the meat in a small saucepan and sprinkle with salt on both sides. Leave for 24 hours in the refrigerator. During this time, our meat will be well salted.
3. Take the meat out of the refrigerator and drain the liquid.
4. Sprinkle generously with spices, wrap in gauze, and tie with thread.
5. We hang the meat behind the refrigerator or near the radiator. We dry for 5-6 days.
The finished dried pork is no worse than what is sold in stores.
