How to sew a belt
One day I wanted to get a bright belt for my pants. I found a suitable piece of fabric (satin) and a clasp for 4 UAH. To ensure that the belt fits snugly in the clasp and does not fall off, I bought a ribbon like for the straps on a backpack for 4 UAH. 1 meter.

Take a satin 1.1 meters long and 8 cm wide, put a ribbon 1 meter long and 3 cm wide on top. The satin should be 5 cm longer on each side.
Now we will stitch the edge of the satin 5 cm

Fold one edge of the belt 1 cm and stitch it

Now we fold 1 cm of satin around the ribbon and apply the stitched edge and sew to the end.
Similarly, we turn the edge of the satin at the other end of the belt and stitch

Then take the buckle and wrap the resulting belt over the middle of the buckle. Sew from the front side of the belt along the edge on both sides.

Voila, the belt is ready!
