Beautiful flower from simple motifs
There are many ways to crochet. It is sometimes quite difficult for a beginner in knitting to master complex and very beautiful techniques at once, but you always want to create something beautiful, but not very complicated. There is a way out of this situation and now I will show it to you. In this master class, I will teach you how to knit simple motifs, from which we will create a beautiful flower - a stand for hot water. Looking at such a flower, you would never think that a beginner knitted it.
Materials required for work:
We knit eight chain stitches or tie an Amigurumi loop with eight single crochets. Thus we create the first row - the basis of our motive. Now we knit three chain stitches and three more double crochets. The second row will consist of sixteen double crochets. We distribute two of them in each column of the bottom row. Between every four stitches we knit six chain stitches.It turns out that we knit four double crochets, six chain stitches, again four double crochets and so on until the end of the row.
We will knit the third row in a different color. We just tie it with double crochets. We tie the air loops with seven double crochets.
The fourth row consists of continuous single crochets. Do not forget to knit two single crochets in the corners in one lower column, so that the corner does not round, but remains less sharp.
So, we already have one motif ready, let’s start knitting the next ones. In the same way as we knitted the first motif, we create four more new ones. In total you should have five identical motifs.
And now the most interesting part - let's start forming our flower. We take two motifs and bend them at one corner. We sew the folds of one motif to another. Try to sew so that the hole in the place where the air loops are remains at bent corners. In this case, the curved corners will form a beautiful petal of the same color with a thin edge.
We bend the near corner of the already sewn motif and apply the next motif with a folded corner to it, sewing the joints. In the same way, we continue to sew motifs until we get a whole flower and five beautiful petals.
Here we have such a beautiful and unusual stand. To make the petals less convex, sprinkle the product with water and iron the stand. After this, the inner petals will become less voluminous and will settle almost flush with the outer petals.
