How to crochet a blue rose
It's cold outside, and a knitted flower for a hat will be a great addition to your outerwear. Knitting such a rose is quite simple, you only need a little yarn, and it will give the hat a special originality and uniqueness.
Knitting technology
The flower consists of two rows.
First row:
•we knit a chain of 19 loops plus 4 for lifting,
•make 2 yarn overs, skip 4 loops, and insert a hook into the fifth,
•knit one st2n,
• in the same loop we make three more dc2n, we get the first petal,
• we knit the second one, for which we skip 1 loop, make 2 yarn overs, and knit 5 double stitches in one loop,
•we do the rest of the petals in the same way, i.e. skip 1 loop and knit 5 st2n.
Second row:
• skip the first loop, and knit a half-stitch in the second,
•in the third and fourth loops we make 1 sc, in the fifth 1 half-dc, we get the first small petal,
•for the second we make an air loop, and in the first we knit one st1n,
• in the next two loops we knit 2 st1n, then 1 st1n,
• we make an air stitch again, and in the next loop we knit a half-stitch,
• we knit the remaining petals in the same way as the second one,
•roll the finished row into a tube.
Accepted designations: dc1n - double crochet, dc - single crochet, st2n - double crochet.
The rose is ready.
For the sample, the rose was knitted from thick yarn. This flower can also be used for summer items by selecting threads of the desired structure and thickness. You can make a bouquet of the same roses of different sizes. If you make only 3-4 petals, you will get a bud.
