To prevent the bathroom mirror from fogging up
Each of us has faced the problem when, getting out of the shower, we try to look in the mirror for cosmetic procedures, but that was not the case. The entire mirror surface is covered in water stains and drops. You have to wait until the room is ventilated and you can finally see your reflection.
This problem can be solved in three ways. Firstly, you can increase the ventilation mode. To do this, use a special fan, which is built into the bathroom hood and turns on when necessary. Secondly, installing a shower cabin will come to the rescue, retaining steam inside. This is, of course, not cheap, but very effective.
The third method is simple and practically free. It consists of rubbing the mirror with simple shampoo. This is done during routine cleaning, when the mirror is washed and wiped dry without streaks. Take a drop of any shampoo available in the house and apply it to the mirror surface. It will not be difficult to rub this droplet with a dry cloth. The procedure will only take a few minutes and will not leave any marks on the glass. The mirror will look as usual.
Do not use too much shampoo, as it will take a very long time to rub until there are no streaks. ½ teaspoon will be enough for a mirror measuring 50 × 70 cm. The brand of shampoo does not matter.
The result appears immediately after water procedures. The walls and ceiling of the bathroom are covered with evaporation, but the mirror remains unchanged. For comparison, I first covered only one half of the mirror with shampoo and assessed the result immediately after the shower. The results last for 2-3 weeks. Then the procedure will have to be repeated.
Thus, a simple folk method of keeping the bathroom mirror not fogged up works one hundred percent. A little diligence in rubbing the shampoo on the glass and a light steam!
