Earrings “Wild Berries”

I offer you a master class on making earrings that resemble a bunch of berries. They are made very quickly and simply. Even if you have never made jewelry before, rest assured that you will succeed in making these earrings, because... all shortcomings and flaws will be hidden under the beads.
So let's get started.

We will need:
- side cutters (or simply wire cutters)
- round nose pliers
- pliers
- ear wires 2 pcs
- pins
- beads
- chain



I have beads with a diameter of 5 mm. You can take larger or smaller ones. Important: the larger the beads, the larger the earrings will be. My pins have a round cap. You can also use flat head studs for these earrings, but I thought they would make the piece look a bit rough.



Pins and earrings can be purchased at any store that sells jewelry accessories.
So, we put the bead on the pin and bend it with our fingers.



Using side cutters, cut off the pin, leaving about 1 cm.



Using pliers we make a loop. To do this, we cover the pin with pliers and wrap it in the direction opposite to where the pin was bent. For example, if you bent the pin to the right, then use the round pliers to bend it to the left so that we get a beautiful loop.



We repeat this procedure as many times as we need beads. My earrings will not be long and not very voluminous, so 20 beads will be enough for me. Important: do not close the loop completely with round pliers, leave it slightly open. Here's what I got.



Now we need to connect the chain and the earrings. I have a chain 4 cm long. The links of my chain are quite narrow, only a few millimeters in diameter. If you want long and voluminous earrings, then take a longer chain with larger links. Using pliers, open the loop on the hook, hook the chain, and close the loop on the hook tightly.



Well, now the most interesting and enjoyable part begins - we string our prepared beads onto a chain and tightly close the loops with pliers.



I string 2 beads on each link of the chain. If you plan to make larger earrings, then string more. This is why you will need a chain with larger links.
So several links of the chain are already ready.



We continue to work. There is no need to string the beads in any particular order. As you wear the earrings, each bead will find a place on the chain and the beads will be distributed evenly.



We check that all the beads are held tightly on the chain so that there are no holes. If you missed a bead somewhere, now is the time to fix it. And repeat the entire procedure for the second earring.
Voila! Our earrings are ready!
