Kanzashi Tsumami
In today's master class we will teach you how to make a traditional Japanese tsumami hair decoration kanzashi. Making it will not take you much time, and as a result you will get a lot of positive emotions.
To make this tsumami kanzashi flower we will need the following materials:
-White satin ribbon.
-Satin ribbon of caral color.
-Candle.
-Matches.
-Scissors.
-A thread.
-Beads.
-Cardboard.
Transparent glue gun.
Let's start making the flower:
We cut the tape into equal sections (the length can be about 7 centimeters).
Then we roll them into petals. To do this, first fold the petal at an angle of 90 degrees, then fold it in half and in half again. We fix the resulting petal with fire. We will need about forty of these petals.
Next, draw a circle on the cardboard, you can circle a coin, this size will be enough.
Glue the petals onto the cardboard using a transparent glue gun. First a white petal, then a red petal, and so on in a circle.
Then we glue the second row, do everything the same way, only in this case we apply glue to the petals themselves and press them tightly to the base.
After this, we begin making pendants. One pendant consists of seven petals.
Glue two white petals to a white thread. Then a little lower there are two more white petals and at the very bottom two caral petals and one white.
Glue beads or large seed beads to the top of the pendant.
We make two such pendants. Try to place the petals at the same distance on both pendants. Attach the pendants to the flower.
So our tsumami kanzashi flower is ready. As a result of today's master class, you learned how to make a tsumami kanzashi flower from satin ribbons. You can attach it to your clothes, bag, or make an elastic band or hair clip out of it.
