Linoleum mouse pads
After my son broke his third cortical computer mouse pad, I started thinking about what could replace it. I went through a bunch of options and settled on scraps from linoleum. Why not? The material is dense and smooth, easy to cut and does not deform. I found some leftover flooring on the balcony and started creating. The work requires a minimum of materials and the same amount of costs. I took a piece of linoleum, scissors and stencils of drawings.

At first the rug was a regular square shape. Size 26x26 cm.

Then I decorated the edges and cut out four shapes in the corners.

And then there was no stopping me... I made such beauty using stencils! For example, I transferred the image of a strawberry to a piece of linoleum and cut it out. The result was a mouse pad in the shape of a large berry.

Then we got an original car.

The flower and leaf are used in autumn and spring, that is, according to the season.

My baby just squeals with pleasure when he sees a new rug in the morning. This is both a fun activity and unnecessary flooring does not gather dust on the balcony. Another plus of such rugs. They can serve as stencils for drawing. You need to circle any of them on a sheet of blank paper and color it with paints or pencils.
