Pair of lions: learning to cross stitch

To get started, you will need the following items:
1. Gold threads.
2. Sharp needle.
3. Scissors.
4. White canvas.
5. Hoop (optional).

Carefully unfold the canvas and thread the gold thread into the eye of the needle. If you are used to embroidering with a hoop, place the fabric in the frame. You need to start working from the upper left corner: this way you won’t get lost when you transfer the drawing from the diagram.
Insert the needle into the top hole on the right side and make a neat diagonal stitch. Next, pull the needle out from the top left corner and complete the first cross stitch. Embroider the pattern in the direction according to the pattern you have.
