Felt banana

Felt toys are safe, and therefore are more often chosen by young mothers. Felt is an amazing material that does not require special processing and is easy to make, even in less experienced hands. Food made from felt can be used for role play, learning, decorative purposes, etc.
Today you can sew a banana from felt, and you can make it not only into a toy, but, for example, into a keychain or decoration for a holiday table. In any case, if you have small children in your house, such a toy banana will not go unnoticed.
You will need:

Felt is white and yellow (the quantity depends on the size of the future product).
Threads, needle.
Filling – holofiber.
Banana patterns (for the banana itself, it is drawn arbitrarily according to the original shape, and for the banana peel, the pattern is equal to the 12th part of the banana pattern).

Manufacturing:
Place the banana pattern on the white felt and cut out 2 pieces.

Sew them together, turn them inside out so that the seams remain inside.

Fill the resulting product tightly with holofiber.

Sew up the banana all the way.

Let's start making the peel. Cut 4 pieces of white and yellow felt using the second pattern.

Sew together half white parts with yellow ones, as in the photo. You should have 4 parts.

Then these parts need to be sewn together, making a stitch in the second part of the peel parts that were not stitched.

As a result, you should have a “case” for the banana. We sew its middle part to one of the ends of the banana.

Then we put the peel on the banana and fix it on 4 sides at the fastening points with several sewing stitches.

That's all, the toy banana is ready, you can give it to children. In case of contamination, dry cleaning of the product is recommended. By the way, you can sew eyes and a cheerful smile on a banana, and then it will delight and lift your spirits even more!
