How to sew a sausage from felt
Toy food is of particular interest not only to children, because decor can be used at home, in a cafe, in a grocery store, and it is also in demand in children's development centers. Cooking is not only a favorite activity for girls; boys also enjoy role-playing games, especially if it is a toy hot dog or hamburger. How to sew a sausage from felt? It’s very simple - any mother or older sister can do it!
You will need:
- pale pink felt.
- threads.
- filler (halofiber or padding polyester).
Let's start making:
1.Cut out a rectangle of felt about 12 cm by 5 cm.
2.Fold it in half lengthwise and sew one edge (by hand or on a machine).
3. Turn out the “sausage” and fill its inside with padding polyester.
4. Sew and pull together the edges of the “sausage”. Secure the edges of the thread.
Original and almost real sausages look great together with felt scrambled eggs. Sew slices of tomatoes, bell peppers or cucumbers to such a set, and it will already be a full-fledged food composition that can be used for the chosen purpose.
Tip: If visible dirt appears, dry cleaning is recommended to avoid deformation of the product.
