How can you surprise your guests? It’s very simple to make a summer and delicious dessert - chocolate covered fruits. The good thing about this dessert is that it doesn’t take much time to prepare and is easy to make. Adults and children will be delighted with this delicacy!

To prepare chocolate covered fruits we will need:

Step 1: Peel the kiwis and bananas. Try to trim as little fruit peel as possible. It is better to use a paring knife for this.

Step 2. Divide the banana into three parts. Try to cut the kiwi into not too thin circles (about 1 cm) so that they can be securely put on skewers or ice cream sticks.

Step 3. Place the fruit on skewers like a popsicle. Kiwi and bananas should stick tightly to the stick.

Step 4. Break the chocolate into pieces, place in a bowl, which is placed on a pan filled with water, i.e. to a water bath. Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until completely dissolved. You can also melt it in the microwave.

Step 5. Alternately dip kiwis and bananas into the hot melted chocolate glaze, while holding the stick. To ensure that the chocolate lays evenly, you can level the glaze with a spoon.

Step 6. If desired, you can decorate the chocolate bananas and kiwis with confectionery sprinkles or coconut flakes.

Step 7. For convenience, stick each ready-made kiwi and banana into a container with granulated sugar, this way we will fix their position, they will not stick together and will not fall. Place the chocolate dessert in the refrigerator to set for 10-20 minutes or in the freezer for 5 minutes.

The dessert turned out tasty and tender. It can be served for any occasion, such as a birthday or party. Your guests will be satisfied. Bon appetit!
