Kiwi sorbet is a delicious alternative to ice cream

What you will need:
- kiwi – 2 pcs.;
- water – 50 ml;
- sugar – 40 g.
How to cook:
1. Make syrup from water and sugar.
2. Peel the kiwi and cut into small slices.
3. Place the fruit slices into a container and grind with a blender.
4. Pour the cooled syrup into the resulting mass, mix everything. Cover the container with a lid and place in the freezer for several hours. Every 30 minutes, take the container out of the refrigerator and stir the mixture with a spoon.
5. After 3 hours, taste the sorbet.
