To begin, fill the frying pan with sunflower oil to a height of about 1 centimeter. Turn the heat to low to heat.
Then open the package of halloumi, rinse it under cold water and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the cheese into long sticks. You should have about 10-12 pieces.

Place some flour on a plate. Dredge each piece of cheese on all sides.

Before frying, check the oil temperature. To do this, immerse one end of the stick, if the oil sizzles everything is fine.
Dip 5-6 sticks and fry them until golden brown.

After the sticks are cooked to perfection, take them out and place them on a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Fry the remaining sticks.
To make the taste of the dish a little more spicy, you can add a little of your favorite spices to the flour before frying.

You can eat cheese sticks with ketchup, salsa, adjika and other sauces.
