Foam cutter

The cutter is designed for cutting foam plastic 3-4 centimeters thick. The cutter is powered by two AA batteries. This is its main advantage, that you can take it with you anywhere.
And cutting foam plastic is now a very necessary thing. Those who design weddings or other celebrations will understand me. Various three-dimensional emblems and symbols, letters and shapes are cut out.

What do you need?

• Switch.
  
• Two pencils.
  
• Nichrome wire.
  
• Two nuts with two screws.
  
• Batteries.
  
• Battery compartment.
  
• Popsicle stick.
  

Drill holes in both pencils, towards the end.

Insert screws into these holes and tighten the nuts without tightening.

Hot glue the pencils to the battery compartment.

We cut the ice cream stick and glue it just above the battery compartment. Glue the switch to the stick.

We connect with wires. We fix the wires with hot terminals.

We connect nichrome wire to the screws. We tighten the screws.

We insert the batteries. Turn on and check the operation of the foam cutter.
