DIY CD stand

I’ve been meaning to publish materials about crafts made from CDs for a long time.

And now I present to your attention a stand for pens, pencils and other stationery from CDs.

The CD stand is made at random. In principle, no drawings are needed.

To make the stand, you needed several disks, in this case there are 9 of them, 4 long bolts and nuts for these bolts.

We fasten everything as shown in the figure.
We do not cut holes in the lower disk, because... this will be the bottom of the stand. We insert a sheet from a plastic bottle inside so that no small accessories spill out.

Now the stand is ready!

I think the middle can be cut out with an old Soviet school compass. I remember before there were ones with two points (with them the distance could be measured on paper). If there is no such compass, then you can build something similar from available means.

Another “making an owl”... Apart from the photo and the general idea, there is nothing valuable now. The most important point here is missed - how and with what to make a smooth hole in the center of the disks...
