Ring pad
To make a beautiful and original pillow for rings we will need: a piece of satin fabric, scissors, cardboard, ruler, pencil, needle, threads, beads, seed beads, silicate glue or super glue gel, padding polyester (or any other) filler, artificial flower made of fabric .
1. Determine the size of the future pad and draw a square of the required size on thick cardboard using a ruler and pencil. Let's cut it out.
2. Fold a piece of satin fabric in half, apply the cardboard model we made and use scissors to cut out fabric blanks (Don’t forget to make a seam allowance. To do this, cut out a square of fabric a few millimeters larger than our cardboard blank).
3. We fold the resulting fabric parts with the front parts facing each other and sew (It is better, of course, to use a machine, but if you don’t have one, we do everything by hand. Try to keep the stitches small and in an even line) all the edges of the square, leaving a small hole on one from the sides.
4. Through the hole left, turn the pad right side out.
5. Stuff the pad tightly with filler and carefully sew up the hole.
6. Take an artificial flower and separate it into individual petals.
7. Using glue, one by one we attach the flower petals to the pad and let them dry well.
8. Drop a small amount of glue into the middle of the flower (I used silicate, but you can also use transparent super glue gel) and sprinkle it with beads, wait a little and shake off the excess.
9. In the same way we decorate the corners of the pillow and hide the outer seam from the hole through which it was stuffed.
10. Using glue, add a few beads.
11. Let the glue dry well and our elegant pillow for rings is ready.
