A device for quickly changing oil in gasoline vehicles

Changing the oil in a motorcycle, moped, chainsaw, or lawn mower quickly and without unscrewing the nuts is quite possible using this simple device.
Simply unscrew the filler cap, insert the tube and pump out the oil. Next, fill in a new one. All.

Will need

Plastic bottle.
Silicone hose 2-3 meters.
The container of the required volume for draining is a liter jar with a metal lid.
A half-meter piece of solid nylon tube.

Manufacturing a device for quickly replacing working fluids

We cut the silicone hose into equal parts of 1-1.5 meters.
Cut off the neck of the bottle. Use a step drill to make a hole in the lid for the hose. We thread it into the hole, everything should fit very tightly, so calculate the diameter of the hole in advance. It will be easier to thread the silicone hose if its end is cut at an angle.

We insert a piece of nylon tube into another section of the hose.

We drill two holes in the lid of the jar for the hoses.

We thread the ends of the tubes into the holes so that the end of the silicone hose with the nylon tube at the other end is 1-2 cm lower.

The device is ready.

Usage

You need to work with the device like this: We turn on the vacuum cleaner and bring the neck of a plastic bottle with a tube to its inlet pipe. Naturally, it sticks and won’t go anywhere.
Close the jar with a lid. And using another hose we pump out the required working fluid.

Under the influence of a vacuum, it easily falls into the intake jar. And thanks to the use of a solid piece of tube at the end, it is very convenient to lower it into narrow holes.
For example, let’s take a lawn mower that needs to change the oil. We unscrew the plug with the dipstick, insert the solid tube until it stops. And we pump out the used oil into a jar.

The main thing is to monitor the level and not allow the oil to reach the top tube, otherwise it will go into the vacuum cleaner.

This is how quickly, without unscrewing anything, you can change the working fluid in just 1-2 minutes.

When using a larger collection container and using pipes with a larger diameter, this device can also be used to pump oil from the crankcase or gearbox of a car.
