Refinement of energy-saving LED lamp

We sell lamps with pins and with an E-27 base.
The price with pins is 130 rubles and 195 rubles and with a base 250-300 rubles and 500-550 rubles.
I decided why I should overpay for each light bulb from 120 to 350 rubles.
If you can take as many sockets as you want from burnt out lamps for free.

We solder to the wiring pins, just need a good flux. I use phosphoric acid.



I put on heat shrink.




Now we separate the base from the lamp bulb carefully so as not to cut ourselves.



We prepare the base.




Solder the wires from the lamp to the base.





We check the lamps for functionality.




Since the lamps do not heat up, to connect the lamp to the base, I use ordinary gypsum putty, in particular (VOLMA finish) left over after the repair.
You can try silicone sealant.

It may not be very aesthetically pleasing, but it is simply economically convenient and practical.
