How to quickly peel a kiwi, mango or avocado
I don't know about mangoes and avocados, but everyone loves kiwi. A very healthy fruit, it has a high content of vitamin C and an excellent unique taste.
Typically, kiwis are peeled with a paring knife to minimize waste. But there is a much more interesting and faster way with which you can peel a kiwi, mango or avocado.
A quick way to kiwi, mango or avocado
The main condition is that the fruits must be ripe, then everything will go like clockwork.
Take, say, a kiwi and cut it in half with a sharp knife.
Next we need a glass of medium diameter. We take it in our hand and scrape out the pulp on its edge. See photo.
The contents of the kiwi fall into the glass, the peel remains in your hand. Everything is very simple.
The same trick can be done with avocados.
Or mango, you may have to take a larger glass that matches the diameter of the fruit.
Once again I would like to remind you that the thickness of the edges of the dishes is not as important as the ripeness of the fruit itself.
