What can you do with an empty plastic container?
Plastic containers, for example from washing powder, can become the basis for making various crafts. The upcoming work can be done by anyone who can hold the simplest cutting tools in their hands.
To get started, we need to prepare the following materials and equipment:
First of all, taking into account the size and shape of the container, mark it using a marker.
Using a knife, we cut off one of the lower corners of the container along the line so that we have a part in the form of a flat cone in our hands.
We draw a rectangle on the side surface symmetrically to the bisector of the angle, the vertical sides of which do not reach the upper cut by about 10 mm. We cut out the fragment with a knife and get a through groove.
We place the resulting figure on top of the partition between the kitchen sink containers, using a cut-out groove, the width of which should coincide with the diameter of the partition.
You can put soap and a dishwashing sponge into the resulting cavities on the sides of the partition.The plastic element with “loading” can be easily moved along the partition to a convenient place.
A wet sponge or soap left in the “pockets” will dry out after a while, as water flows down the cracks between the plastic and the wall of the sink.
Using a knife, we cut off a fragment near the neck of the container and remove from it the transverse partition with the element that forms the flow of the bulk substance. We apply the neck to the remaining intact fragment of the side wall and outline it with a marker.
Using the sharp end of the cutting blade of the scissors, we make a series of small holes in the circle.
Cut out the perforated disk and place it in the neck.
The result is an improvised soap dish in which the soap will always be dry, since water will flow through the holes.
We cut out the handle and without additional processing we immediately get a convenient scoop for bulk materials.
We grab the “bulk” with the wide side and send it along the handle into the narrow neck of the same plastic bottle.
Oversleeping is excluded in principle. This scoop is extremely convenient for working with soil in flower pots.
We make two small holes in the handle on the wide side, insert the ends of the lace into them, passed through a stainless steel washcloth, and, pulling tightly, tie a knot on the outside of the handle with a knot. Cut off the ends of the lace with scissors. We received a convenient facility for washing dirty dishes.
You can also make other life hacks: a wall holder for a hair dryer, cord and towel, a watering can with adjustable water supply for watering indoor plants, etc.

- empty plastic container;
- construction knife;
- household scissors;
- marker.
