How to make a 100 W amplifier on a chip in half an hour
It’s quite possible to make a powerful amplifier on a single LM3886 chip, mounted mounted, in 15-30 minutes. When using a good power supply, such an amplifier will easily produce up to 100 W of power per channel of clear and high-quality sound.
Will need
Amplifier circuit
Amplifier type - AB. Power supply is bipolar. There are many different circuits to enable this microcircuit. We will use the simplest one with the minimum number of parts.

Manufacturing a powerful amplifier on a chip
So, let's get started. The case will be securely fastened. We cut off the terminal with wire cutters, even with the rest, and tin the terminal with a soldering iron.
According to the diagram, we will begin to solder the parts using surface mounting. Let's start with resistors.
Next comes the capacitors. Carefully solder them according to polarity.
We connect with a common wire.
Connect the audio cable.
Connect the power output.
And output from the dynamic head.
The power supply is also assembled “on the knee”. 4 diodes make up the rectifier bridge. Added filter capacitors.
Powerful transformer.
Solder the rectifier to it.
The result was a source of bipolar DC voltage.
We screw the amplifier chip to the radiator.
We turn on the unit and apply sound from the phone to the input.
Plays powerfully and cleanly. The head diffuser has a noticeable stroke. To see for yourself, watch the video below.
