Soup “Homemade”
Do you want to return to your childhood, to a village house, where your beloved grandmother greets you with a plate of delicious soup? The recipe presented here is perfect for this purpose! Light, delicate, simple, and at the same time unique taste - this is the main feature of this dish.
The total cooking time will be no more than 30 minutes.
The composition contains the following components (per serving):
1. Meat (chicken; 0.2 kilograms)
2. Onion (1/4 medium-sized head)
3. Eggs (2 pieces)
4. Greens (dill or parsley)
5. Chicken broth (200 milliliters)
6. Salt and spices (to taste)
Let's start cooking:
1. Boil the meat.
2. Cut the meat into pieces 2-4 centimeters in size.
3. Boil the eggs, then coarsely chop.
4. Finely chop the onion.
5. Wash the greens thoroughly and chop finely.
6. Salt the broth remaining from cooking the meat and add spices (to taste)
7. Place pieces of meat, chopped eggs, onions and herbs on a plate.
8. Fill everything with the desired amount of broth.
9. Mix thoroughly.
Note: the soup presented here allows your culinary imagination to take flight. You can also add tomatoes and potatoes. But, unfortunately, under such conditions the taste of the soup will become completely different.
