Mushroom champignon soup

I suggest you prepare a delicious, satisfying dish from available ingredients!

Ingredients: potatoes 14 pcs., champignons 24 pcs., onions 2 pcs., processed cheese 2 pcs., vegetable oil 6 tbsp., water 4.5 l., salt to taste, herbs for decoration.

Preparation:

1. Put water on fire to boil. At this time we are preparing the ingredients.

2. Peel potatoes, onions, mushrooms.

3. After washing everything thoroughly, we begin cutting. Finely chop the potatoes into strips, chop the onions, cut the mushrooms into small cubes.



4. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.



5. We will cook mushrooms in the remaining oil. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add chopped mushrooms, cook until mushroom juice evaporates, about 10 minutes, over medium heat (champignons release juice when frying).



6. So our water has boiled! Place the chopped potatoes into a saucepan and wait until they are cooked.

7. As soon as the potatoes become soft, it’s time to add the mushrooms and onions to the pan.

8. Immediately after this, take the processed cheese, open it, cut off small pieces with a knife and send it to our soup (this is necessary so that the cheese boils better).

9.It's time for salt. Salt to taste as you like!



10. Cook for another 5 minutes. The delicious soup with champignons is ready, all that remains is to serve and garnish with herbs!
