How to make a power bank with a flashlight from a syringe and a battery
Most Chinese power banks do not reach the declared capacity. In this regard, it is more profitable to buy a high-quality battery and make a Power BANK from it. It will definitely have the declared capacity, and is guaranteed not to let you down.
A syringe will be used as the body of the power bank. The volume scale on it can be washed off with a solvent. For further work, its nose is cut off.
The power bank module is soldered to the battery.
To keep everything compact, you should use short wires. One, according to the module diagram, is soldered to the positive terminal of the battery, and the second on the side to the negative terminal through cut insulation.
Windows for connectors and power buttons are cut into the syringe body.
Then the module with the battery is placed inside. A pusher is made from the nose of the syringe to press the button, since it is located deep in the body out of reach.
The open end of the syringe body is filled with hot melt adhesive.
The entire power bank is ready for use.
Thanks to the availability LED on the module it can also be used as a flashlight.
