Vase "Oriental fairy tale"
The stores are now full of all kinds of crafts that you can use to decorate your apartment. But it’s always nice to have beautiful, stylish things in your home, made with your own hands, and even better, made together with your children (or grandchildren). Independent choice crafts preferable because there is the opportunity to choose the craft itself, its colors, materials for its manufacture. Having decided to do this or that thing, you will determine in advance its place in your apartment, make it in accordance with the general style of the room, your taste, and display what you like.
Today we offer you to paint a large glass flower vase. At a time when there is no bouquet of cut flowers, it can be used as a stand for potted plants or as a container for bright balls of yarn or children's small balls. Only if there are small children in the house or for painting items with children, it is better to take such a vase from unbreakable materials (plastic, plastic). You don’t have to use a vase for painting: you might want to paint a wooden box, an unusually shaped bottle, a ceramic pot, or a flowerpot. The choice for imagination is great.
For work we will need:
glass vase

Completing of the work/
Let's decide on the choice of design or motif for the work. In our case, these are the roofs of houses and minarets of an eastern fairy-tale city. Take a strip of paper of the expected width, you can measure the circumference of the neck of the vase, or you can apply the design in separately made fragments. Use carbon paper to apply a design to paper or draw it with a pencil. Glue it at the corners with tape inside the vase.
Now let's proceed directly to painting. We outline all the borders of our picture with thin acrylic contours.
Having traced all the pencil lines, we squeeze them onto the palette - it can be an ordinary plastic bag or multifora - acrylic paints. You can use either pure colors or mix them to create others. The main thing is that the drawing turns out bright and colorful in an oriental way.
Using a thin brush, paint over the areas inside the outlined contours. This is how we paint the entire drawing; if you painted in fragments, then glue the picture onto an empty space and repeat the whole process.
Acrylic paints dry quickly, but it is better to let our product sit for several hours, after which we cover the drawing with varnish. You can paint the entire surface of the vase like this or make another strip of the pattern at the bottom. Do as you like - give full rein to your imagination and imagination!
