Volumetric valentine made of satin ribbons

To create this voluminous valentine you will need:

• - a sheet of paper measuring 10x10 cm.
  
• - a narrow ribbon of red and lilac colors.
  
• - scissors.
  
• - burgundy rhinestones.
  
• - glue gun.
  
• - cardboard box.
  
• - ribbon 5 mm wide, light pink.
  
• - lighter.

Making a souvenir.
First you will need a prepared small sheet of paper.

It must be folded in half, giving the shape of an elongated rectangle. Having placed the folded sheet with the fold to the right side, you should draw the outline of half a heart on it. Then, retreating 15 mm inside the heart, you need to draw a second line, completely repeating each bend.

Now you need to cut out the heart using scissors along the marked lines. The result is a beautiful heart, which will serve as a template for creating the base of a souvenir.

You will need a small piece of cardboard box from which you need to cut out a heart using the prepared base.
Now you need to wrap the created base with a lilac narrow ribbon.

When wrapping, it is necessary to place the tape at a slight angle so that it lies on the surface of the cardboard without wrinkles.Gradually wrap the heart completely. Upon completion, the tape needs to be cut, lightly scorch the edge with fire and carefully glue it to secure it.

Then you need to prepare 15 pieces of red tape, each 6 cm long.

At each section, all cuts must be treated with fire so that the material does not crumble.

Then you should make loops from the segments, connecting both edges of the tape together without twisting it.

The tape must be secured in this state by dropping a drop of glue at the intersection of the edges of the tape. Then the same loops should be prepared from the remaining segments.

From the resulting loops you need to make flowers to decorate the heart. To do this, the edges of the loops need to be glued together, slightly overlapping them one on top of the other.

One flower will require 5 loops. The result will be 3 red flowers.

Next you will need a light pink ribbon 5 mm wide. From it you should prepare 2 pieces 8 cm long and 4 pieces 5 cm long.

You need to make the same loops from them as from the red ribbon.

Now these details should be supplemented with the created flowers from the red ribbon. You need to glue one small loop to the first flower.

One long loop and one short loop should be attached to the second flower.

The remaining three loops need to be attached to the last flower.

Now you need to decorate the heart with the resulting flowers. On the left side, at the highest point of the heart, glue the first flower with one short loop.

Then, retreating 2 cm along the heart, you should fasten the second flower with two loops. This flower should be positioned by directing the loops to the left.

Then it remains to glue the last third flower, directing its loops downwards.
Now you need to make another loop from the lilac ribbon, which should be attached to the wrong side of the heart, placing it strictly in the center. It is needed so that the souvenir can be hung on a wall or shelf.

Next you will need rhinestones, from which you need to make centers in flowers. To do this, first glue one rhinestone in the center of each flower, and then 6 more rhinestones around it. The result will be beautiful centers for flowers.

All that remains is to add rhinestones to the heart. They should be glued over the entire free surface of the heart, spaced evenly among themselves.
