Gazebo with stationary brick grill

Construction outdoor gazebo begins with the choice of location and construction materials.

The best way is to build from various materials. The frame is welded from a corner and a metal profile. The exterior is made from shiplap siding, and the interior is made from wooden lining. Thermal insulation is not bad, but if it is insufficient, you can insert thin foam inside. For flooring, it is better to use innovative polymer-sand tiles, which are made from polymer, sand and pigment. The tile is difficult to split, it can withstand more than 700 freeze-thaw cycles, and has very low water absorption. It is more comfortable to sit on such a surface, since the polymer has low thermal conductivity, so the ice does not hold well, and your feet are much warmer.
For the roof we use profiled galvanized (painted) sheet. This material does not require continuous lathing, is durable and looks good.
The metal frame and roof are the most fireproof and will be less susceptible to temperature differences.
We begin construction by laying the foundation; a strip foundation is laid along the perimeter of the future gazebo; light foundation blocks or reinforced concrete pillars and sleepers can be used. To install the barbecue, you will need to strengthen the foundation. On the inside we make it about 0.7-0.75 meters wide. Next, load-bearing pillars and the rear wall of the building are made from brick. From below, the frame is welded into tabs into the foundation.

Caracas is a metal profile pipe welded every 1 meter, and a corner is used for the rafters, the pitch of the transverse lattice is a little more than half a meter, depending on the height of the ridge.

The grill is located in the corner of the gazebo, where it is convenient to make a door on the side for cleaning coals and air flow. It is optimal to mount not only a barbecue, but a cutting table with a sink.

The masonry up to the brazier and cutting table of the barbecue can be made from either silicate or ceramic bricks. We lay out the structure of the grill base in the form of two letters “P”. On brick pillars with a height of about 0.6-0.65 meters, it is better to place concrete lintels or window sills, we will get a flat surface for mounting a barbecue, a cutting table with a sink, and under the tabletop there will be a convenient place for firewood and dishes. To lay out the brazier, you will need a clay solution used for stove masonry, or a composition for heated floors will be quite suitable.

The barbecue is laid in half a brick; in addition to the front part, an additional row of bricks is laid. By moving the brick on the back, we get a protrusion of about 5 centimeters for installing skewers. Heating the bricks ensures the fryer's excellent cooking properties. The oven is laid out at a height of two meters, and an exhaust probe is placed on top.

The gazebo's windows are made of polycarbonate, which allows it to be used in inclement weather and in the cold season.

The exhaust probe is made of galvanized sheet; when installing the barbecue, heating and the possibility of ignition of nearby flammable materials are taken into account.

For washing, we install a sewer drain into a septic tank or cesspool and a water supply system with a regular metal-plastic pipe on collets.

For me, a gazebo is an integral structure in a country house or on a country plot. Only I built it not so closed, I like to sit both in comfort and in the fresh air. I have two sides that are blind and two that are open.
