Projector screen manufacturing process
Before making the screen, you must install a projector and project the image on the wall. Using it, you can determine the size of the future screen and its location with an accuracy of a few millimeters. Markers should be placed at the corners of the image.
Based on the marks made, you need to make a screen frame from the slats. In this case, a 100-inch screen is made with sides 120x220 cm. For rigidity, you will need to make several jumpers on the frame.You can connect the slats in any convenient way.
