Cooking banana chips
Once in a store I came across banana chips that amazed me with their taste. I was overcome by an irresistible desire to definitely learn how to make them at home on my own. And I tried it. Of course, it didn't turn out like store-bought chips. But it's also not bad.

For banana chips I needed vegetable oil, banana and powdered sugar.
And I spent about 7 minutes preparing them:

I cut the banana into thin slices.
Placed it in a frying pan with boiling vegetable oil (that is, deep-fried).

When the circles were fried until golden brown, I took them out and placed them on a plate covered with a cloth (so that excess oil would drain from the product).

Then I transferred the chips to a plate and sprinkled them with powder.
Ready!
