Cube - transformer made of paper
You can make an entertaining paper craft “Transformer Cube” yourself in a few minutes.
For this we need - sheet A - 4, tape, ruler, pencil. Instead of a ruler, you can use any flat plate.

We bend sheet A - 4 as shown in the figure.

Using scissors, cut off the excess part along the fold.

We have a square.

We bend the resulting square in half and cut it into two equal parts.

For our transformer we need one rectangular part. We put the second one aside; we won’t need it anymore.

Bend the remaining part as shown in Fig.

Carefully smooth out the folds.
As a result, having unfolded it, we got a rectangle divided into even, equal parts.

Fold it in half along the center fold.

Now, using a ruler and a pencil, draw lines along the folds.

We should have a line as shown in the figure.

It is important to note that the layout of opposite sides is different from each other. If on one side the line goes through two squares, on the opposite side it goes through one and vice versa.
Using scissors, we make cuts strictly along the ruled lines.

Unfold and smooth out the rectangle.

Use scissors to cut through the central part as shown in the figure.

We bend the central part of the rectangle and glue it together as shown in the pictures.

As a result, we should get a part like in the picture.

Fold the outer sides towards the center and glue them with tape. From the pictures you can see how to do this correctly. The main thing is not to confuse the sides.

We straighten the resulting product as in the pictures.

The transformer cube is ready. It's quite interesting to watch his transformation.

You can successfully please yourself and your loved ones with such a craft. Even if they are spoiled by the abundance of various electronic toys, children will love it.
If you have a small child in your family, you can use felt-tip pens to color the sides in different colors and see how the transformer changes its coloring. You can put letters of the alphabet or numbers on the sides and study numbers and letters with your child in such a fun way. You can paste drawings from his favorite books or cartoons on the sides. It all depends on your imagination and desire.
